I began my career in Operations for a non-profit in South Florida, where I quickly learned that excellence, efficiency, and organization are key to growth. My role often allowed me to see what others couldn’t, leading to optimized processes that drove real results. This experience shaped my approach when I transitioned to the online space 6 years ago, helping small businesses streamline their operations and enhance team collaboration.
But along the way, I noticed something. Many of my clients were struggling—not just with systems or processes, but with the emotional and mental blocks that were stopping them from moving forward. As a Project Manager, I’ve seen how disconnects between leadership and teams often stem from deeper issues, like communication breakdowns or emotional stress. It became clear that high emotional intelligence wasn’t just helpful—it was essential.
